1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sanva, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Sanva is an AI-powered creative platform that enables users to generate images, videos, audio, and other content using artificial intelligence. Features include but are not limited to: image generation, video generation, voice cloning, text-to-speech, and AI chat.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sanva. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent.

4. Account Registration

You may register using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

5.1 Subscription Plans

Sanva offers auto-renewable subscription plans (weekly, monthly, annual) that provide premium access to all features.

5.2 Token Packages

Sanva also offers consumable token packages that can be used to generate AI content. Tokens do not expire as long as your account is active.

5.3 Billing

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly.

5.5 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, unused portions are forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sanva to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or sexual content involving minors
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models
  • Use automated scripts to access the service beyond normal usage
  • Resell or redistribute generated content as an AI generation service

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the original content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

7.2 Generated Content

You own the AI-generated content created through Sanva, subject to the limitations of the underlying AI providers' terms. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.

7.3 Our Intellectual Property

All rights in the Sanva app, its design, features, and technology are owned by THA Motors Trading - FZCO. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sanva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose
  • The service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THA Motors Trading - FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sanva, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THA Motors Trading - FZCO from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
