4. AI-Generated Content

Content you generate using Sanva's AI tools is processed by third-party AI providers (including fal.ai and Google Gemini). Input content (photos, prompts) may be transmitted to these providers solely for generation purposes. We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, cloud functions, analytics
  • RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management
  • OneSignal: Push notification delivery
  • fal.ai: AI image and video generation
  • Google Gemini: AI text and multimodal processing

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers listed above, solely to provide our services
  • Law enforcement or government authorities when required by law
  • Successor entities in the event of a merger or acquisition

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. AI-generated content stored in our systems is retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
