Privacy Policy

1. General Principles

LYRA processes your personal data only to operate the app, generate interpretations, and manage your account. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles or sell it.

2. Data We Collect

When you enter information or use the app, we may process:

• Name (profile and numerology)
• Birth date and optional birth time/place (astrology and numerology)
• Mother's name (traditional muneccim calculations, optional)
• Intent, dream, question, and interpretation text you write
• Cup photos you upload for coffee/tea readings
• Optional aura scan result summary
• Apple Health data you allow for Inner Weather, including mindful minutes, State of Mind, sleep, steps, and HRV

Face or portrait images used for aura/chakra analysis are processed locally on your device and are not shared with third-party AI services. Apple Health data is processed on-device for wellness reflections and is not sent to our servers or used for advertising.

We do not access location, contacts, calendar, or microphone data.

3. Account Identity

A user identity is created through Firebase Authentication, either anonymously or with Sign in with Apple. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide limited information for authentication.

4. Data Storage

Your profile, account identifier, and reading history are stored in Google Firebase Firestore. Cup photos uploaded for coffee/tea readings are stored in Firebase Storage on Google Cloud infrastructure, with encrypted transport (TLS) and server-side encryption.

5. AI Processing

To generate interpretations, certain user-provided inputs, such as birth details, written questions or reflections, and selected cup photos, may be sent to the Google Gemini API through secure server-side functions.

Before sending personal data to third-party AI services, we ask for your consent in the app. We require these service providers to provide the same or equivalent protection of user data as described in this Privacy Policy. Google's commercial API policies aim to prevent use of such requests for model training.

6. On-Device Aura Processing

Aura and chakra analysis is performed locally on your device using Apple Vision and CoreImage algorithms. Face or portrait images used for aura/chakra analysis are not shared with third-party AI services.

7. Advertising and Analytics

The app contains no third-party advertising networks. We do not perform behavioral ad tracking or cross-app tracking. Only technical logs necessary to operate the service may be kept.

8. Sharing, Retention, and Deletion

Your personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. Data is shared only with service providers that help operate the app, including Google Firebase, Google Gemini API, and Apple, or when required by law.

Specifically, to process and evaluate subscription refund requests in accordance with Apple policies, we may securely provide Apple with limited app activity, feature consumption, and purchase history information where required for that process.

We retain account and profile data for as long as your account remains active, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Uploaded cup photos and reading history are retained until you delete them or request account deletion, unless legal retention obligations apply. Technical logs may be retained for a limited period necessary for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data via Profile → Help & Support or support.lyrawellness@gmail.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law or a limited retention obligation applies.

9. Children and Contact

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents who discover such data may request deletion at support.lyrawellness@gmail.com.
